PROCESSING TIME

The current processing time for items purchased and/or ordered is 5 to 7 business days. Business days are considered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Excluding holidays.

*Custom orders may require extra processing time. 

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS;

Domestic Shipping- ChitChats is our preferred shipping method, each package is sent with tracking for your peace of mind.

Shipping time across Canada varies from 3 business days to 10 business days depending on the province location.

USA Shipping - Shipping times to the United States are an average of 3-9 business days and is sent with tracking using ChitChats US Edge. Our products have been approved exempt from Tariffs!

International Shipping - International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the location/address of the buyer. 

Shipping times overseas are an average of 7-14 business days but are not guaranteed. 

Local Pick Up - buyers may choose to pick up their order at 164 Camden Pl., Strathmore Alberta, T1P 1Y2 during regular business hours of Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. 

DAMAGED ORDERS 

“bobeanies.com” is not liable for lost or damage products after the order has been placed in  the hands of the shipping carrier. 

If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to

me so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipper or another suitable solution.
