Bo-Beanies welding caps, hard hat beanie, motorcycle helmet skull cap are reversible and made with 100% cotton fabric. All my fabric is pre shrunk in order to give you a comfortable fit. I sew my caps with overlock stitching for durability, allowing them to hold up to the tough conditions you work or play in. These are also great to wear for a comfort layer under your motorcycle helmet too!
My beanies are available in the following standard head diameter sizes - 21.5”, 22” 22.5” 23”, 23.5”, 24”, 24.5”

Please choose the type of crown you prefer, either low crown or the longer over the ear crown. The low crown option is 6 1/2" long and fits above the ear. The over the ear crown option is 7 1/2" long.
You won't have to worry about looking like you have a "cone head" with my beanie! I have designed them to fit the curvature of your head and they are made with 6 panels and a 3 1/4" bill. You can request to have NO bill as a skull cap when you order.
The size chart below and guide photos in my listing are there to help you choose the best fit. Each cap is made and cut to order and will create a unique appearance or pattern from the fabric.
If you dry your hat with high heat, you might experience some shrinkage. All caps are made in a smoke free, pet friendly home.
