Natural flaxseed heating and cooling pad made with 100% cotton fabric. My unique "Freedom" design shape is so versatile, freedom from pain in so many areas of the body. It is perfect to use over your lower abdomen for menstrual period cramps. With a quick flip around it is a perfect fit across the bridge of your nose and over your eyes, extending up your forehead to relieve headaches and sinus pain. To get even more creative, place the heating pad across your shoulder with the top curve against your neck to relieve muscle pain and tension! The approximate size of my flaxseed pad is 12" wide x 7" tall. Your flaxseed pad will be made from randomly chosen batik cotton, which is hand dyed in Indonesia. Lavender has been widely used for it's therapeutic properties. I use dried, real lavender buds in my freedom pad. The added benefits of my natural lavender version are :

I use pure dried mint leaves in my flaxseed pads. Some benefits of mint are:

Heating Instructions:

I recommend heating your Freedom flaxseed pad in 30 second increments the first time to test how long it takes to get to your desired temperature, as heating time and strength will differ with each microwave. Be cautious when removing the pillow as it may get very hot. The average time to heat the Freedom pad is 1 min.

To reheat the pad when it still has some warmth, use half the time it took to fully heat the pad.

Be careful not to overheat it, as it has the potential to burn.

Cooing Tips:

Place in the freezer for at least an hour before use, in a resealable plastic bag, or store it in the freezer continuously in a plastic bag. This is important, so that your seeds don't dry out.

No need to worry about numbness, the seeds will not get cold enough.

Because my Freedom pad is made with natural seeds, NEVER let it get wet, it will sprout your seeds!!
