Personalize your welding beanie with your favorite jersey number! The numbers are iron on white vinyl with BFC Football Font. You choose the jersey number for your favorite player!

This welding beanie is customized with the side panels each having the jersey number. See pictures for examples.
Bo-Beanies welding caps, welder beanie, reversible cotton welding hats are made with 100% high quality cotton. All my fabric is pre shrunk in order to give you a comfortable fit. I sew my caps with overlock stitching for durability, allowing them to hold up to the tough conditions you work or play in. These are also great to wear for a comfort layer under your motorcycle helmet as a skull cap too!
My beanies are available in the following head diameter sizes - 21.5", 22”, 22.5”, 23”, 23.5”, 24”, 24.5”, 25" - *Custom size upon request*

Please choose the type of crown you prefer, either low crown or the longer over the ear crown. The low crown option is 6 1/2" long and fits above the ear. The over the ear crown option is 7 1/2" long.
You won't have to worry about looking like you have a "cone head" with my beanie! I have designed them to fit the curvature of your head and they are made with 6 panels and a 3" bill.
The size chart below and guide photos in my listing are there to help you choose the best fit. Each cap is made and cut to order and will create a unique appearance or pattern from the fabric.
If you dry your hat with high heat, you might experience some shrinkage. All caps are made in a smoke free, pet friendly home.
Patterns and colours change frequently and my beanies are created upon the availability of fabrics. Please feel free to ask questions about patterns before you order. If you would like to customize your look and mix up the patterns, I am happy to help if fabric quantity is available!
